Terms and conditions (we all need them)

I only accept animals with a Vet Referral. This includes all types of session whether they be fitness or post surgery. 

Please be honest about the potential risk your dog poses to me. 

No dog will be forced or manhandled to have a treatment

I don't know how your dog will respond to hydrotherapy. Each dog responds differently to treatment. I will take the upmost care to prevent worsening of your dog's condition, however, this is possible when working with a prehabilitation and rehabilitation situation.

Dog's will generally require more than one treatment for the best results. Having a regular course of treatments will have the most 

 positive impact or effect. Dogs in most cases will not recover after one treatment and will require treatment for a specified period of time.

I do not accept harsh treatment of any dogs on the premises. If you are unable to manage your dog without harsh treatment then I am probably not a good fit for you and your dog. Please look for an alternative.

I do not provide diagnosis. Only a veterinarian is legally able to give a diagnosis (in Australia)

Your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled if a dog before you fowls in the water. 

Please ensure your animals vaccinations are up to date as well as any Flea/Tick and worming treatments.
